Need to Return Something? No Worries.
At Daure, we want you to love your shoes. Since we only sell footwear, our return and exchange policy is designed specifically for shoes making it simple, fair, and hassle-free.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We’ve extended this to a 30-day return window to give you more flexibility.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging (including shoe box).
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Final sale items (if any) will be clearly marked and are not eligible for return.
3. Return Costs
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the full cost of return shipping.
- Change of mind (including wrong size, wrong color, or no longer wanting the item): You are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@daure.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Pack the shoes securely in the original packaging (including the shoe box).
- Drop the package off at your nearest carrier.
Tip: Always keep proof of postage until your refund is processed.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
Need a different size or style?
- Simply return the original pair within 30 days.
- Once we receive it, we’ll send out the replacement.
- Return shipping is your responsibility if the exchange is due to change of mind/wrong size.
- Return is free if the exchange is due to a fault, damage, or incorrect item.
Warranty Policy:
Manufacturer's Guarantee: Daure offers a 9-month warranty from the purchase date against defects caused by faulty material or workmanship. This guarantee doesn't cover damages caused by improper handling, such as dropping the product or deliberate misuse. Daure will repair or replace the product at its expense. In case of a defective product, Daure will replace it with a new one. Refunds aren't issued under the manufacturer's guarantee, only replacements or repairs.
